All orders in stock are shipped within one business day via FedEx overnight service from our Rockville, MD headquarters. For most orders, shipping and handling charges are a flat $29 added to your invoice at check-out. For bulk orders or certain destinations, an additional handling fee for dry ice may apply.
For international orders, we will provide you the shipping and handling cost based on weight, the country to be delivered, and the shipping option chosen.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge provided that the notice of cancellation is made before the order is shipped. Cancellations received after the order has shipped are subject to a 20% return and re-stocking fee. Returns are only available if the product is returned within three business days from the day it is delivered. For products that are temperature sensitive, returns may not be available.
If a return is being made because of a damaged or incorrect order, please call our customer service department within two business days upon receiving the delivery. We will provide you instructions on returning the merchandise as well as issuing you an immediate replacement.
The below Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you, as a user of the web site located at www.alperbiotech.com and www.shop.alperbiotech.com (the “Site”), and Alper Biotech (hereinafter, “we”, “us” or “Alper Biotech”).

You also agree that, by making a purchase of the product, you will only use such product for Research Purposes only, and not for human or In-Vivo use.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein, you must never use any of our products, and if you have made a purchase, you must return the purchase in its original packaging. Failure to return the order in its unused condition constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
